Since its creation, SPEED Trust has trained dozens of women in sewing and handicraft production, especially storage baskets or natural jewelry. Several women trained by us are now employed by Baladarshan that sells bags and accessories made from recycled billboard/flex banner material.

Baladarshan has also established groups that produce baskets in several slums, ensuring them a fair income.
